Do you guarantee your work?

Yes! All work is guaranteed for 90 days.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes! I will work with you to provide an estimate of material costs and labor, along with a projected timeline. You will be provided with this, along with a contract, to review and sign prior to beginning.

What if only have a few small things I need help with - do you offer an hourly rate?

Yes, I charge $75 per hour with a one hour minimum. Just make a list of what you need and fill up my visit.

Will I have to pay for materials?

It depends on the project. You are welcome to provide materials, however if materials need to be purchased you will be provided an estimate based on current market pricing. Any materials costs will be presented to you prior to the beginning of the project.

When is payment due?

Upon completion. For larger projects, a 50% deposit is required along with the signed contract.

How can I pay you?

For larger projects, you can pay your deposit and balance online. We also accept all major credit cards, cash and check.

Which areas do you serve?

East Portland and surrounding areas which typically include: Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, Wood Village, Boring, Happy Valley and Corbett. If you live outside of this area please contact me and I can see if that’s an area I can service.
